At Caelum Athletics, we are committed to providing the best customer experience. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below. By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges

As small emerging business, we do not have the operations to receive returns or exchanges for products. All sales are final. However, we may provide a replacement item in the following limited circumstances, if reported within 5 days of delivery:

  • Damaged Items
  • Incorrect Items

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products
  • Digital gift cards

Please ensure that you review all product details before purchasing, especially digital items, as they cannot be returned.

3. Process

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] and provide the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order number.

Once verified, you may request a replacement item, store credit, or a refund.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. However, if the original payment method is no longer effective and the refund will not process, we will provide store credit to you instead.

4. Shipping Fees

If we process a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, we will also refund the shipping fees paid for the item.  

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products, including items that do not fit. Please review all sizing information carefully before purchasing. We provide fitting instructions for clothing to assist you in making the correct choice.

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method by your financial institution.  If the refund will not process, we will provide store credit.
